== Biography ==

Auden was born on Earth, in a large farm area in Canada. He grew up in a small town atmosphere, where everyone knew everybody and everything. His parents were very accepting and kind people who influenced Auden to achieve and participate in whatever he wanted.
From a very early age, Auden loved to dance. At many family reunions, to his relatives amusement, he could be found dancing somewhere in a corner. His parents enrolled him in a dance program and this lead to him dancing professionally as his main hobby.

Auden was very close to his siblings. Most siblings fight at some point or another but Auden considered his older brother and younger sister his best friends. It was when Auden was six, when his sister passed away. Both of them had decided to (being kids) take off and go swimming alone at a nearby water hole. His sister had jumped off of the rather large cliff after Auden had but did not jump out far enough. She had hit her head on a small ledge and fell unconscious into the water. Auden tried his best to get to her but did not know what to do at the time.

It took the Anderson family many years to recover from this loss and Auden many more to accept that it was not his fault that his sister died. One thing was for sure. This has influenced his ambition in doing well in school to become a doctor greatly, so that he could always know what to do for someone in need medically.

Throughout his teen years Auden battled with his sexuality. He had many girlfriends but had never felt completely happy with them. It was late in high school when he had started fooling around with a male classmate that Auden realized that he truly was only happy with a spouse of the same sex. He felt completely uncomfortable with this realization but with the complete support of everyone around him, most notably his older brother, Auden learned to accept who he was. (Although can be quite sensitive about it to this day).

No one in Auden’s family had ever ventured into the Stafleet service. His grades however lead him to the opportunity of being able to receive his PhD and commission in the fleet after many hard years of work and dedication. Auden felt that this would allow him to help many more people than he would have been able to staying on earth and running his own practice.

He accepted the offer given to him by Stafleet and excelled greatly in his studies and academy duties. He did not graduate top of his class by any means but was determined to do his best. He completed his doctrine in medicine and received his commission post-academy training. He served onboard the Uss Ticonderoga for a few tours and earned the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and position of Assistant Chief Medical Officer.

It was onboard the Uss Ticonderoga that he fell in love. Auden became very close with a marine officer, one Marine Captain Geordan Fitzgerald. Auden was as happy as could be during the first few months of the relationship and the two seemed absolutely perfect for one another. Eventually however, Geordan started to become very abusive with Auden both physically and mentally. Auden was completely blinded by love and dealt with the abuse holding onto hope that Geordan would eventually stop. He was ashamed and did his best to hide both the visual and emotional damage. It was while on shore leave that Geordan one night, whilst having done some sort of drug, beat Auden to bits. This was Auden's personal awakening to the vicious cycle he had put himself into.

Auden ended up in the hospital at the facility the two of them were staying with. Regardless of how many apologies Geordan had given him, Auden was completely broken inside. He was smart enough to end his relationship with Geordan right then and there and also pressed charges to the best of his abilities. It was a long and grueling trial process and in the end Geordan was given a demotion to First Lieutenant and a rather hard slap on the hand. He knew that his reputation would be more damaged than anything and felt satisfied with this.

Auden unfortunately became extremely anti-social over the next few months and was only able to gain his persona back through months of intense counseling. He moved in with his brother during this time who had helped him through his anxiety attacks and post-traumatic stress. Finally feeling able to return to the job he passed his psychiatric evaluation and looked for a basic medical officer position as far away from Starfleet as possible.

== Physical Profile ==

Extremely fit and well tanned, Auden is not one to boast about his obvious physical assets. The many years of dance and yoga Auden took part in have played a vital part in shaping his wonder physique. To compliment his chiselled body are a set of beautiful blue eyes and pearly white teeth. He is unarguably quite an attractive male.

== Personality Profile ==

Auden is as genuine as they come. He gives unto those what is brought unto him. You will often find him presenting a warm smile and positive attitude in almost anything he does. It is very rare to find him angry or upset, as he is generally a very private individual when it comes to the deeper issues he has within him.
