Mitsue father, Tao Desai, built a cybernetic company called Dynlink GmbH backed by a German logistics company looking for ways to improve the AI programming for holograms’ and androids’ sentience. This was where Tao met Mitsue’s mother Porsche Tronstad — a German women working in the logistics company that coordinated labs, equipment, manufacturing and people. Once Dynlink GmbH was officially set-up Tao and Porsche started dating, and after a few months they were engaged and Porsche was pregnant.

Slightly after their honeymoon Mitsue was born and Porsche became a stay at home mom, helping with the logistics for Dynlink GmbH remotely. Dynlink’s base market was hospitals; creating automated programs to help with surgery, suturing and other simple procedures. Starfleet research and development paid close attention to what Dynlink GmbH was doing and saw potential for improving the emergency medical hologram.

Upon graduation she was kept on Earth and assigned to projects that needed a science officer with computer science and cybernetics apparently a lot of those projects were private contractors that had contracts with Starfleet. Several of the companies were operating out of Arizona most of them were working on creating better holographic imaging equipment for survey teams mostly allowing for the imaging to be done real time rather than wait for it to render.

Project PROMETHEUS is a pet project of Mitsue's still in the very very early conceptual stages using the concept of bio-neural gel technology she wants to make a memory core out of bio-neural gel circuitry. The concept of the project was to grow an AI like an infant starting with speech, mannerisms and facial expressions allowing it to tell the differences of anger and sarcasm, happy and sad along with the million other combinations. The tricky thing was getting the core to work with bio-neural gel making it more of a bio-AI.

BAL; Bio Artificial Intelligence, as Mitsue commonly refers, to the core is roughly a size of a softball with a 8-sided polygonal casing to protect the core.The core glows a very very bright blue; like the shimmering light of a teleporter, the way the core sits in the polygonal casing the core acts as the eye able to record, run scans and a few other features allowing it to grow and learn as if a child would. In a middle of a project she got new transfer orders pulling her off the project and assigning her to the USS [[Crazy Horse]] as their chief science officer leaving the project without someone with expertise in holographic imaging. This also made it a bit of an awkward homecoming with one of her roommates Ikora.

==Project PROMETHEUS==

Project PROMETHEUS is a pet project of Mitsue's still in the very very early conceptual stages using the concept of bio-neural gel technology she wants to make a memory core out of bio-neural gel circuitry. The concept of the project was to grow an AI like an infant starting with speech, mannerisms and facial expressions allowing it to tell the differences of anger and sarcasm, happy and sad along with the million other combinations. The tricky thing was getting the core to work with bio-neural gel making it more of a bio-AI.

BAL; Bio Artificial Intelligence, as Mitsue commonly refers, to the core is roughly a size of a softball with a 8-sided polygonal casing to protect the core.The core glows a very very bright blue; like the shimmering light of a teleporter, the way the core sits in the polygonal casing the core acts as the eye able to record, run scans and a few other features allowing it to grow and learn as if a child would. BAL hovers about 5 to 6 feet off the ground and it needs to be re-charged daily just like a person needing sleep every night.

===Biography===

Mitsue father, Tao Desai, built a cybernetic company called Dynlink GmbH backed by a German logistics company looking for ways to improve the AI programming for holograms’ and androids’ sentience. This was where Tao met Mitsue’s mother Porsche Tronstad — a German women working in the logistics company that coordinated labs, equipment, manufacturing and people. Once Dynlink GmbH was officially set-up Tao and Porsche started dating, and after a few months they were engaged and Porsche was pregnant.

Slightly after their honeymoon Mitsue was born and Porsche became a stay at home mom, helping with the logistics for Dynlink GmbH remotely. Dynlink’s base market was hospitals; creating automated programs to help with surgery, suturing and other simple procedures. Starfleet research and development paid close attention to what Dynlink GmbH was doing and saw potential for improving the emergency medical hologram.

At an early age Mitsue showed signs of picking up math, this was a huge delight to both Tao and Porsche since both of their jobs relied heavily on it. Starting at the age of eight, she started going with her father to the labs and finding what he did fascinating — seeing how simple commands could create a functioning being that made lives easier for all.

As she got older she decided that Starfleet was where she wanted to be, as she realized she was able to learn and do more building off the established AI core they provided, not having to make it herself. In the academy she excelled at the sciences, primarily computer sciences especially cybernetics. Her interest in the adding of secondary functions led her into the logic and ethical side. Her advisor suggested that a psychology minor would be a good route as well as some philosophy courses. After graduating she took several courses as she was assigned to lab work for R&D, including neuropsychology.

Several of her papers were on expanding the neural-circuitry to allow new experiences to adjust the AI’s behavior without outside help. Allowing the AI’s to learn from mistakes or improving reaction time without needing someone else to install a update.

Pale skin and sparkly teal eyes and vibrant red hair and not a single freckle along her cheeks or nose; makes Chloe a interesting genealogical study especially with those traits, but this also makes her stick out not like a sore thumb, but more of a unique blend of genetics. Her appearance also has a draw back; seeing as Chloe's personality is to blend rather than stick out, so her wanting to stay hidden makes it difficult to express herself or her ideas that'll show people around her how truly bright she is.

Medically her genes had a hiccup in the form of CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia); are any of several autosomal recessive diseases resulting from mutations of genes for enzymes mediating the biochemical steps of production of cortisol from cholesterol by the adrenal glands (steroidogenesis). Most of these conditions involve excessive or deficient production of sex steroids and can alter development of primary or secondary sex characteristics in some affected infants, children, or adults.

For Chloe this meant enlarged clitoris and shallow vagina, menstrual irregularity in adolescence and to make things harder on Chloe she hit puperty at a very early age (11). Chloe's sexuality wasn't defined until she met Jage who showed her that everyone's sexuality was different and suggested that a certain term fit her perfectly; demi-sexuality - where they experience sexual attraction when they have a deep emotional connection with someone. For some like Chloe the primary sexual attraction is the outward qualities such as a person's looks, clothes and things of that nature which for Chloe was the things she really didn't care about. For Chloe it was the secondary sexual attraction is attraction stemming from the other person's personality to help make that romantic connection.

The main concern is inadequate mineralocorticoids which luckily is treable by supplying enough glucocorticoid to reduce hyperplasia and overproduction of androgens or mineralocorticoids and providing replacement mineralocorticoid and extra salt if the person is deficient.

As for her approach to projects is also something that clashes with her not wanting to be noticed, she's messy, disorganized and well scatterbrained, but all of that is viewed from the outside, in truth she's very very organized, focused and is able to achieve things faster with her unique approach. If and when she get's stuck she turns to a favorite show of her's for inspiration, the 21st century series Doctor Who.

==Biography==
Chloe grew up in the Dalar Province on Betazed her father; Jacinto, was the chief diplomatic officer at the Federation Embassy on Betazed. While her mother; Pegira, was a pirate/mercenary/freighter captain commanding a old Tufflli refit the ITF Magpie. It could hold it's own against Naussicaan raiders or any other raider types. The two members of the Magpie that Chloe remembered from her childhood was the mechanic Dorsey and the muscle a Naussicaan named Raginar and of course the spunky ships AI MAGGIE.

Growing up as a hybrid or half-breed is always tough, but it was extremely difficult for Chloe seeing as her father practically ignored her and her mother was busy with her crew doing whatever jobs she could find. The marriage of Jacinto Michel and Pegira Nokatain was really not beneficial to Jacinto's career as it would tie him to any and all criminal acts that Pegira might commit. But somehow he was able to make it work and the marriage helped Jacinto's career he was quickly promoted to chief diplomat of the sector.

But than trouble struck in the form of a illegitimate child from an affair that he was having his diplomatic aide; Wilhemina Thoran. Which also led to her blackmailing Jacinto; she was quickly promoted to senior chief petty officer and a lovely house on Betazed. But the higher ups in the Diplomatic Corps caught wind of it and quickly demoted Jacinto to a desk officer with one duty and that was filing paper work and keeping track of meeting notes.

This was where it got ugly for for Chloe and Pegira, Jacinto was never physically abusive towards them but he blamed them for everything that happened to him. Which also led to him drinking heavily and finally being dishonorably discharged from Starfleet and the diplomatic corps. Leaving Pegira to raise her child and provide for them along with dealing with the demands of his mistress. This also put a toll on Pegira quickly destroying her relationship with her daughter. So when she turned 15 she ran away from both her damaged parents and somehow ended up befriending a Starfleet engineer by the name of Herschel Hohstadt, the chief engineer of the USS Heimdall a retrofitted Tuffli freighter.

Than commander Henrietta Canthan; she is a captain and medical professor at the academy present day, was the first face Chloe saw as she was wheeled into the hospital barely conscious. It took them several days to get her stable after realizing that her body was overproducing mineralocorticoids; a corticosteroid, such as aldosterone, that is involved with maintaining the salt balance in the body. Once Chloe was stable Henrietta ran a genetic panel finally finding the cause to why her body was overproducing mineralocorticoids.

The conversation of what was going on and what has gone on in her body took several days to explain the CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia) it was a lot between her physiology, the medications that she would need to be on her entire life and then came the tough part the emotional side. Between her hitting puberty at 11, hyperplasia of her secondary sex characteristics and how other people would view that.

After the attack on Earth Chloe was rescued by couple of officers of the Crazy Horse; lieutenant junior grade Kerenal a tactical officer (apparently with a private shuttle Exodus) along with him was a lieutenant Nasira Astekhu a diplomatic officer who was assigned just prior to the attack on Earth. When the attack happened Chloe was outside and was slammed hard into a column causing several broken bones and internal bleeding. After being rescued by the duo they dropped her off at one of the many makeshift field clinics before going back out to help anyone else.

Than finally after things calmed down they returned to the clinic to pick her up and bring her to Starbase 001 where the Crazy Horse was finally getting the finishing touches of repair. While on SB 001 she received formal orders to join the crew of the Crazy Horse as one of their new engineering officers and to finish her midshipmen trials.

Even with all that had happened Chloe was psyched to be finally assigned and too finish up with the academy. But things haven't started off to the greatest of starts with her being 4th year cadet she gets the worst shifts, assignments and than theirs the hazing and of course the attitude from the officers and even enlisted of "I need to train yet another cadet."

One of her first grueling tasks was to the diplomatic officer lieutenant Nasira Astekhu quarters something about her replicator continuing to produce pet food even when asked to stop. Luckily the fix was easy and she got a pleasant conversation from the lieutenant.

But this isn't from everyone the tactical officer that saved her has shown an interest in helping her learn which he did when she was assigned to re-align the phaser arrays. But that went horribly wrong and quickly just as they were about to do the re-alingment a large amount of feedback came back through the system. Causing a large console to explode and have lieutenant junior grade Kerenal to end up in the hospital and the chief engineer not really caring why their was even a feedback happened.

Even with the pleasant interactions with those two officers Chloe still hadn't really made any friends. But she felt that she could do that a)easier and b)feeling much more confident after she finishes her trials but she still has several months before that even happens. But in the mean time she learns from a crewmen from the science department that she has a knack for programming. After helping a crewmen recruit Emmanuelle Quatermaine make a holo-program of a landscape.

Pale skin and sparkly teal eyes and vibrant red hair and not a single freckle along her cheeks or nose; makes Chloe a interesting genealogical study especially with those traits, but this also makes her stick out not like a sore thumb, but more of a unique blend of genetics. For Chloe this meant enlarged clitoris and shallow vagina, menstrual irregularity in adolescence and to make things harder on Chloe she hit puperty at a very early age (11). Chloe's sexuality wasn't defined until she met Jage who showed her that everyone's sexuality was different and suggested that a certain term fit her perfectly; demi-sexuality - where they experience sexual attraction when they have a deep emotional connection with someone.

The main concern is inadequate mineralocorticoids which luckily is treable by supplying enough glucocorticoid to reduce hyperplasia and overproduction of androgens or mineralocorticoids and providing replacement mineralocorticoid and extra salt if the person is deficient.

As for her approach to projects is also something that clashes with her not wanting to be noticed, she's messy, disorganized and well scatterbrained, but all of that is viewed from the outside, in truth she's very very organized, focused and is able to achieve things faster with her unique approach. Chloe grew up in the Dalar Province on Betazed her father; Jacinto, was the chief diplomatic officer at the Federation Embassy on Betazed. While her mother; Pegira, was a pirate/mercenary/freighter captain commanding a old Tufflli refit the ITF Magpie. It could hold it's own against Naussicaan raiders or any other raider types. The two members of the Magpie that Chloe remembered from her childhood was the mechanic Dorsey and the muscle a Naussicaan named Raginar and of course the spunky ships AI MAGGIE.

Growing up as a hybrid or half-breed is always tough, but it was extremely difficult for Chloe seeing as her father practically ignored her and her mother was busy with her crew doing whatever jobs she could find. The marriage of Jacinto Michel and Pegira Nokatain was really not beneficial to Jacinto's career as it would tie him to any and all criminal acts that Pegira might commit. But somehow he was able to make it work and the marriage helped Jacinto's career he was quickly promoted to chief diplomat of the sector.

But than trouble struck in the form of a illegitimate child from an affair that he was having his diplomatic aide; Wilhemina Thoran. Which also led to her blackmailing Jacinto; she was quickly promoted to senior chief petty officer and a lovely house on Betazed. But the higher ups in the Diplomatic Corps caught wind of it and quickly demoted Jacinto to a desk officer with one duty and that was filing paper work and keeping track of meeting notes.

This was where it got ugly for for Chloe and Pegira, Jacinto was never physically abusive towards them but he blamed them for everything that happened to him. Which also led to him drinking heavily and finally being dishonorably discharged from Starfleet and the diplomatic corps. Leaving Pegira to raise her child and provide for them along with dealing with the demands of his mistress. This also put a toll on Pegira quickly destroying her relationship with her daughter. So when she turned 15 she ran away from both her damaged parents and somehow ended up befriending a Starfleet engineer by the name of Herschel Hohstadt, the chief engineer of the USS Heimdall a retrofitted Tuffli freighter.

Than commander Henrietta Canthan; she is a captain and medical professor at the academy present day, was the first face Chloe saw as she was wheeled into the hospital barely conscious. It took them several days to get her stable after realizing that her body was overproducing mineralocorticoids; a corticosteroid, such as aldosterone, that is involved with maintaining the salt balance in the body. Once Chloe was stable Henrietta ran a genetic panel finally finding the cause to why her body was overproducing mineralocorticoids.

The conversation of what was going on and what has gone on in her body took several days to explain the CAH (Congenital adrenal hyperplasia) it was a lot between her physiology, the medications that she would need to be on her entire life and then came the tough part the emotional side. Between her hitting puberty at 11, hyperplasia of her secondary sex characteristics and how other people would view that.

After the attack on Earth Chloe was rescued by couple of officers of the Crazy Horse; lieutenant junior grade Kerenal a tactical officer (apparently with a private shuttle Exodus) along with him was a lieutenant Nasira Astekhu a diplomatic officer who was assigned just prior to the attack on Earth. When the attack happened Chloe was outside and was slammed hard into a column causing several broken bones and internal bleeding. After being rescued by the duo they dropped her off at one of the many makeshift field clinics before going back out to help anyone else.

Than finally after things calmed down they returned to the clinic to pick her up and bring her to Starbase 001 where the Crazy Horse was finally getting the finishing touches of repair. While on SB 001 she received formal orders to join the crew of the Crazy Horse as one of their new engineering officers and to finish her midshipmen trials.

Even with all that had happened Chloe was psyched to be finally assigned and too finish up with the academy. But things haven't started off to the greatest of starts with her being 4th year cadet she gets the worst shifts, assignments and than theirs the hazing and of course the attitude from the officers and even enlisted of "I need to train yet another cadet."

One of her first grueling tasks was to the diplomatic officer lieutenant Nasira Astekhu quarters something about her replicator continuing to produce pet food even when asked to stop. Luckily the fix was easy and she got a pleasant conversation from the lieutenant.

But this isn't from everyone the tactical officer that saved her has shown an interest in helping her learn which he did when she was assigned to re-align the phaser arrays. But that went horribly wrong and quickly just as they were about to do the re-alingment a large amount of feedback came back through the system. Causing a large console to explode and have lieutenant junior grade Kerenal to end up in the hospital and the chief engineer not really caring why their was even a feedback happened.

Even with the pleasant interactions with those two officers Chloe still hadn't really made any friends. But she felt that she could do that a)easier and b)feeling much more confident after she finishes her trials but she still has several months before that even happens. But in the mean time she learns from a crewmen from the science department that she has a knack for programming. After helping a crewmen recruit Emmanuelle Quatermaine make a holo-program of a landscape.
