Biography:

Born and raised in Alabama & Tennessee, Rook joined the UCIP while in high school in 1996 after discovering it by accident on IRC. The IRC server had hosted several different role playing groups which included the UCIP. During this time, Rook programmed several IRC bots which functioned as an LCARS system for the IRC sims.

In 2000 Rook joined the US Air Force and left the UCIP IRC sims and switched to E-Mail sims due to working schedules. After many years in the UCIP doing E-mail sims Rook entered a hiatus from simming during over-seas assignments in Asia. While stationed in Japan, Rook was married and had one child (who is now getting into Star Trek at about the same age as Rook did.) While still active in the UCIP, Rook developed the Combat Pilot course using the US Air Force as a base for it. After arriving in North Dakota Rook was divorced and now lives alone and is retiring from the military after a 21 year career.
