	Let’s see. Where do I begin? Well. My name is Andrew. I joined UCIP over 8 years ago now shortly after I turned 12 years old. My goodness. Where does the time go? I have taken a couple breaks over the years as RL has demanded my full attention. I am happy to say that I am back and the ‘Simming Fire’ is burning once more.

	Within UCIP I have played many different positions and have had a couple commands of my own: MCS-Miramar and the Uss Defiance. I'd be the first to tell you COing is definitely not my thing, however, I do and have enjoyed playing various XO positions. I have served as Beta Fleet’s Deputy Fleet Commander, the former Home Fleet’s Deputy Commander and have ever served as Deputy Trek Operations Commander. Throughout all these positions and having worked my way up the ranks I have learned many things. What is most important to me however and has thankfully come with time as I have matured is the writing. I love escaping into a world created by people all over this planet. It truly is an amazing thing and I don’t give two flying hoots about what my RL friends think about it. grins

	In RL I am a Nursing Student at University doing my BScN (Bachelors of Science Nursing) and avid volunteer within my community. I have a vast social life and am committed to making this world a better place. How will I do this? Goodness knows. I just know I want to help people and Nursing is a way I can truly make a difference in people’s lives. I play a few different musical instruments (piano, flute, piccolo and some trombone) and over the years when time permits I have done some recreational acting and performing (theatre and musicals). Oh. I love coffee too. :D
