	Self-proclaimed part time barkeep in [[Eris Deck]] and tireless supporter of "more barbecue for the crew", the Commander is best known for his overbearing nature and the fact that he is always right (even and especially when he is not). Perfectly capable of shouting at a luckless Ensign in the morning and feeding him Andorian Ale in the evening, Robert has somehow managed to not only assemble a jazz band on Charon but keep his poker evenings under the radar (at least the ones that involve stakes other than plastic chips). 			==Transfer to USS Crazy Horse==

			After some turbulent times with 'bloody space-elves' the Commander took some well deserved leave and ended up getting married for the fourth time. A brief stint teaching at the Academy convinced him that he isn't cut out for planet-life after all and he applied for the next best ship available (this undue haste has nothing to do with his now 4th ex-wife living in San Francisco. Absolutely not).
			The next best ship happened to be the Crazy Horse currently in Earth orbit, and one may assume Robert will get over the space elf in the command chair one of these days.
