	A Zhel-lan in the Vulcan V'Ket, Sajel was the leader of the ceremonial military contingent traditionally present at the launch of a new ship. After the disastrous and abrupt end of [[Temep`Shar]]'s maiden voyage and the death of her Captain and command crew, the seasoned veteran found himself the ranking officer.		A Zhel-lan in the Vulcan [[V'Ket]], Sajel was the leader of the ceremonial military contingent traditionally present at the launch of a new ship. After the disastrous and abrupt end of [[Temep`Shar]]'s maiden voyage and the death of her Captain and command crew, the seasoned veteran found himself the ranking officer.

			The survivors set out towards the nearest Minshara-class planet, although with even sublight engines barely operable and engineering the only inhabitable place left on the ship, their journey was a long one and it is largely to Sajel's credit that no more lives were lost until Temep`Shar was found by the [[USS Charon]] in 2409. Although their ship was captured by Rihannsu forces who had learned of the wormhole technology, Sajel and his fellow survivors were rescued by [[Shiarrael t`Rehu]].


			The journey home was once more interrupted when the Vaek'Riov [[Itsak tr`Sahen]] found he required the last technicians of [[Temep`Shar]] to effect repairs on the ship, and captured the [[USS Charon]].

			Sajel was killed by [[Itsak tr`Sahen]].
