The varieties from the [[Khomi]] coast mature in [[Fek-kastik|fek-kastik]] or [[Indu'kah|indu'kah]] barrels and are famous for their rich, "nutty" flavors and emerald coloring; while the [[Han-Shir]] ports age in bottles and are more smooth to the palate.
