Biography

Cyrin was born on Stardate 238709.07 to Pierre and Kestra Dicari on starbase 407. His father was an ambassador to Betazed and was working on peace talks. His mother was on break from teaching due to her pregnancy, where she gave birth to Cyrin during the two's trip. He spent the first few weeks of his life on Starbase 407 before returning to Medera Betazed where his mother returned to her work teaching at Enaren University.

By the time Cyrin was five he was showing signs of a higher intelligence level than his fellow classmates, which was a downfall socially for him because he wasn't socially accepted. At that time as well his father had been recalled back to San Francisco to work in Star Fleet Headquarters. His mother resigned her position at Enaren University and took up a position as a Professor of Sociology and Psychology at Star Fleet Academy.

Cyrin flurished academically on Earth, up until he entered adolescenses. Thats when he began to experience empathy. His mother guided him through the processes and helped him to learn how to control his empathic abilities so they wouldn't drive him insane.

By the age of sixteen Cyrin was already applying for Star Fleet Academy in hopes he would get accepted into their Operations Program. If he did that would make him the first generation Dicari to ever attend Starfleet and become an Officer of the Federation. On Stardate 240506.02 Cyrin received his acceptance letter announcing that his presence was required no sooner than Stardate 240507.20 so that he could become acclimated to the environment.

When he was seventeen, just before he entered the academy his father became deathly ill. The medical staff at Starfleet Medical couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and didn't give him very long to live. This has sparked a dislike towards medical personnel for Cyrin. Though, luckily his father recovered from his illness, but was never the same again. That following summer Cyrin began at Starfleet Academy.

During his second year at the academy Cyrin reconfigured the sonic showers to emit a blue dye that actually made the skin of the recipient turn blue. During his third year the entire third operations cadets reconfigured the computer to sing 'Tango Maureen' after every question, command, and issue.

During his fourth year at the academy Cyrin applied to be stationed at Starfleet Commands Research and Development department. He was never given the assignment due to his academy behaviorial record. Six months before he was due to graduate the academy he was assigned to Starbase Versailles under the tutelage of Lieutenant Commander Xavier Falkus the Chief Operations Officer. There he would finish out his academy career before being considered for an operations position on a different vessel.

After several months of being on the Versailles Cyrin was assigned to the U.S.S. Charon as an Assistant Operations Officer. A few months later the Chief Operations Officer of the Charon was relieved of duty and Cyrin was asked to take over the position.

On Stardate 240905.20 Cyrin was promoted to Ensign, a promotion he quickly turned down to personal reasons. Due to his refusal of the promotion Commodore Shiarrael t'Rehu had requested he not show his face on the bridge because of his lack of confidence. Cyrin did not agree with this decision and proceeded to wonder the corridors until coming to engineering where he met his current interest Lieutenant Junior Grade Evelyn Darc. The two worked a bit on her sub-transwarp drive theory before calling it an end.

Returning to his quarters, Cyrin received a visit from an engineering officer who attempted to recruit him in an assassination attempt of Commodore Shiarrael t'Rehu. Cyrin agreed to this and came up with a plot to kill his Commanding Officer. However, things would backfire on him as there were too many unanswered questions, which resulted in him blowing up Commodore Shiarrael t'Rehu Ready Room and landing him in Sickbay.

After being released from sickbay, Cyrin returned to Commodore Shiarrael t'Rehu and apologized for his deeds, on Stardate 240907.19 he was again offered the promotion of Ensign, which this time he accepted. He was returned to his former duties.

Suffered from internal injuries, broken ribs, several lacerations, and a head concussion due to an attempted assassination attempt on Commodore Shiarrael t'Rehu.

Personality

Cyrin is mischievious and is not really a social person, though he makes up for both with his intelligence and his ability to come up with a solution on the spot no matter how far fetched it may sound. He also has no trust for medical doctors. He can also always be seen with a cup of coffee with sugar and creamer
