Biography

Cyrin was born on Stardate 238709.07 to Pierre and Kestra Dicari on starbase 407. His father was an ambassador to Betazed and was working on peace talks. His mother was on break from teaching due to her pregnancy, where she gave birth to Cyrin during the two's trip. He spent the first few weeks of his life on Starbase 407 before returning to Medera Betazed where his mother returned to her work teaching at Enaren University.

By the time Cyrin was five he was showing signs of a higher intelligence level than his fellow classmates, which was a downfall socially for him because he wasn't socially accepted. At that time as well his father had been recalled back to San Francisco to work in Star Fleet Headquarters. His mother resigned her position at Enaren University and took up a position as a Professor of Sociology and Psychology at Star Fleet Academy.

Cyrin flurished academically on Earth, up until he entered adolescenses. Thats when he began to experience empathy. His mother guided him through the processes and helped him to learn how to control his empathic abilities so they wouldn't drive him insane.

By the age of sixteen Cyrin was already applying for Star Fleet Academy in hopes he would get accepted into their Operations Program. If he did that would make him the first generation Dicari to ever attend Starfleet and become an Officer of the Federation. On Stardate 240506.02 Cyrin received his acceptance letter announcing that his presence was required no sooner than Stardate 240507.20 so that he could become acclimated to the environment.

When he was seventeen, just before he entered the academy his father became deathly ill. The medical staff at Starfleet Medical couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and didn't give him very long to live. This has sparked a dislike towards medical personnel for Cyrin. Though, luckily his father recovered from his illness, but was never the same again. That following summer Cyrin began at Starfleet Academy.

During his second year at the academy Cyrin reconfigured the sonic showers to emit a blue dye that actually made the skin of the recipient turn blue. During his third year the entire third operations cadets reconfigured the computer to sing 'Tango Maureen' after every question, command, and issue.

During his fourth year at the academy Cyrin applied to be stationed at Starfleet Commands Research and Development department. He was never given the assignment due to his academy behaviorial record.
