| Born to Agatha and Richard Doyle, Nathanial was an only child. Agatha was informed that if she attempted to have another child, she and the child would die in the pregnancy. Nathanial was born 5 pounds and 179 inches long, he seemed to be quite frail at birth, and this same frailty seemd to follow him with his growth. By age 5, his parents both realized that he would always be slightly smaller and not as strong as other children his age, and with this in mind he was kept from starting school by a year.

| In this extra year of no school, his father spent most of the time home schooling Nathanial in science and interpersonal skills.

| When Nathanial finally entered school, with the extra year of age and the help of his fathers teachings, Nathanial quickly and smartly placed himself at the top of the pecking order in his class, and year. Due to Nathanials less than average strength, he spent his afternoons indoors learning about science, and people, he was facinated by how people acted, body language, tones, word choices and the like, and by the time he had hit high school was able to read most people he came across, which made his teachers not too happy.

| Upon reaching high school, Nathanial saw the need to enter into a team sport. He picked basketball, and found very quickly that his quick mind was perfect for the role of point guard and held that position till graduation. At the same time Nathanial was able to intergrate himself into the multiple click groups of his yea. By the end of his senior year, he was class president, Captain of the Basketball team, Chess club president, all voted into position. Nathanial had his fathers early teachings to thank for his intrest in race behaviors and his now growing ability to sway and control other people.

| Nathanials first meeting with many new races got him into trouble, though he had studied many different race behaviours, due to his adolesant live only mainly being other humans, he was not prepared for the true understandings of other races. His first year saw him getting into a few 'dissagrements' one in particular with a half-klingon named Khzarr.

| Nathanial had pointed out that Khzarr would never grasp simple astro-physics, infact that for Khzarr to be able to grasp it, he would need his head size increased so large that it would generate its own gravitational field. It took Khzarr a few moments to realize the level of the insult, and well the rest is a medical file.

| A few weeks later, Nathanial happened across a confrontation between Khzarr and a group of of Betaoids, and unsure still why, Nathanial steped in and insulted the Betazoids to the state of enragement. A fight broke out, and both Nathanial and Khzarr ended back in medical.

| From this moment onwards, a bond began to form between the two men, and together they found they could acomplish alot more than by themselves. This lead Nathanial to stay a few more years in the Academy and cover a few extra courses that he at first did not concider. Not only did he finish his Science and councelor course's, he also at the prompting of Khzarr Did his Security and tactical, as well as Helm. At the end of all of this his teachers suggested he do a basic engineering course, since he had the makings of an Op's Officer.
