Callistra Grey was born on the world of Betazed, in the seas-side city of Dalaria in the lovely province of Dalar which bordered the stunning Opal Sea. She was the product of two parents from varying one species, one of them being Betazoid and the other of which was Kriosian. Ten years prior to her birth, her mother, Soraya Vray (of the First House of Betazed, Great Lady of the Divine Scepter, Possessor of the Harp of Zendra, and Heir to the Crown Jewels of Betazed) was the acting Ambassador from Betazed to the planet of Krios Prime where she met Ambassador Aldiram Vi'Valdi, the Ambassador from Krios Prime to Betazed. The pairing of the two was wholly surprising because they first barely got along, either one of them having a short fuse. Aldiram was not used to such an abbrasive outgoing and honest woman who did not seem to tolerate disrespect towards her or her people. Meanwhile, Soraya too was astonished at his bold and self-assertive manner which the average man on Betazed seemed to lack. | |||
