Terrh is an infamous indvaidual. His true affiliation is unknown but it is believe he was a former Tal'Shiar agent who has since gone rogue. Terrh is responsible for multiple atrocities within the Federation, Romulan Star Empire, and Klingon Empire.
Atrocities
- Memento Mori - Terrh's participation and encouragement was essential in the development Memento Mori. In the year 2405 Terrh deployed the weapon on several planets within the fringes of the neutral zone, however, the infections were isolated that much is unknown about these incidents. However, a second 'test' infection in 2407 spread rapidly throughout the planet ch'Lekab forcing the Galae to respond. Ael'Riov Shiarrael t`Rehu was made responsible for the quarantine and the virus is finally cured when it is discovered to be a replica of a Dominion Bioweapon.
