Biography
S'Tarc was born into a minor noble family in the capital city of Ra'tleihfi on Romulus. From a very young age S'Tarc had shown great apptitude in all manner of physcial activities, ranging from track and field to matrial arts training. So when the time came for him to join the Military it was a givin that he would do well.
