Perfectly capable of shouting at a luckless Ensign in the morning and feeding him Andorian Ale in the evening, Robert has somehow managed to not only assemble a jazz band on Charon but keep his poker evenings under the radar (at least the ones that involve stakes other than plastic chips).
One wonders how the man ever gets any work done but somehow, somewhere, it seems to happen since his file suggestst a highly efficient officer.
