Chiran

Rear Admiral Chiran is a Starfkeet admiral who works for Starfleet Science and a former Commanding Officer of the USS Athens. He recruited Cadet Aayla Bre'accoria to be the first Vree in starfleet and mentored her in science and along with his wife, gave Aayla a home in the Federation in their house in San Fransisco. He has a wife named Brenda, an El-Aurian and a daughter named Evangeline who they adopted.
