The IKS Tabor was a D-7 Class Klingon Battle Cruiser serving the Klingon Empire between 2298 and 2301. In late 2301 the ship was assigned to the Voratas Sector where several vessels were going missing.
Unknown to the Klingon Empire, during it's investigation the Tabor discovered a large subspace anomaly. Acting on orders from Moklor HoD they fired several torpedoes into the anomaly in an attempt to seal it. The result was a massive implosion that pulled the Tabor into the vortex of the collapsing subspace anomaly. With no sign of the Tabor for several years the Klingon Empire declared the vessel officially destroyed in 2305.
However, that was contrary to the case. After an investigation by the USS Charon it was discovered that the detonation of the anomaly created a quantum vortex that brought the Tabor several years into the future (approximately 94 years) and crashed them onto the planet PDC11J. Where they would later be discovered and rescued by the crew of the USS Charon in early 2409.
