Iyaru Aniri (or Iyarusuthrena zh'Aniri) is the Federation Council representative from Andoria. Aniri was also a member of the Federation Security Council in 2404 when Jolias Enor was commanding the USS Warrior as Captain.
In 2407, she was involved in a diplomatic meeting with the Romulan Star Empire hoping to reestablish peaceful relations with the Government.
In late 2407, During the Utopia Planitia crisis she headed several Federation Security Council investigations into the facilities destruction and the death of President Stan Carter.
In August of 2408, Iyaru Aniri visited Astate Colony to attend the opening ceremony of the Starfleet Academy Complex on the Planet. She also met with Romulan leaders to try and persuade them to increase their involvement in the Second Dominion War effort.
