- Unaran is one of the Federation's oldest and most respective Ambassadors. Unaran has successfully negotiated dozens of peace settlements across both the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. He was part of the Diplomatic delegation that established the original United Confederation of Planets. Unaran was also one of the first Diplomatic Envoys to Astate before the power sharing agreement was reached between the Star Empire and Federation in 2407.
- In 240803.00 it is discovered that Unaran was working with a terrorist organization on Astate calling themselves the Keepers of the Essence Ambassador Unaran was successfully able to take over the USS Dolus along with several other members of the terrorist organization and escape with the stolen ship due to mechanical issues with the Quantum Fury that prevented the crew of Astate from apprehending the Ambassador.
