A heavy-set olive skinned man who is estimated to be nearing the age of 200, Director Sutok has been head of Vulcan's Intelligence Bureau for over seventy years.
Known for his deep, sonorous voice and regal bearing, he prefers to remain the figure in the background and his public appearances are as rare as his motivations for them remain inexplicable.
A graduate of both the Science Academy (molecular chemistry) and the Vulcan Institute of Defensive Arts, Sutok is rumored to never have been off world though this does not prevent him from being an exceptionally well informed individual.
