Prusah Kisan

From IRW Aylhr

A fruit custard-like pie, made without eggs, often served as dessert.

Central Na'Nam recipes call for a light, tangy custard and a soft crust, and can incorporate a wide variety of berries as well as chakh syrup.

In Tat'Sahr the custard is more of a frothy mousse, and the sweetness of sha'amii milk is balanced by citric fruits.

Eastern Han-Shir prusah kisan resemble large-ish cupcakes, and are often made with khara custard.
