The USS Charon With a crew complement of around 350 personnel the USS Charon is filled with a mix of people from different planets and cultures. Current Plot: Penumbra With the construction of the new IRW Aylhr nearing completion, Galae'EnRiov Shiarrael t'Rehu visits the Jezerek shipyards to tour the vessel. During her inspection, she uncovers a conspiracy within elements of the Galae command staff to block a particular officer from consideration as Aylhr’s commander—the son of the disgraced former Galae'EnRiov Ameh'ha t'Neyl. Recognizing the move as an attempt by the Zorek clan to expand its influence within the Galae, she overrides the objections and appoints Riov Rhae'go tr'Neyl to command the warbird. Meanwhile, on the neutral zone world of Eternity, Zorek Senator Chavek tr'Parneas is murdered while visiting the war graves of his sons. The news is quietly suppressed pending further investigation. Suspecting a wider plot, Fifth Fleet commander Khre'Riov Raha t'Nanclus discreetly dispatches the newly commissioned IRW Aylhr and her crew to uncover the truth. UCIP Universe We sim in the UCIP Universe whose history spans over two decades and while it may deviate from the recent movies and Star Trek Online game it makes up for it in both depth and creativity. We also have a strong focus on the Romulans and Vulcans (not our only focus) but we do explore the depth and histories of these two species in detail. The Romulans we portray are based off the Rihannsu novel series by Diane Duane and the Vulcans are based off a mixture of ST lore from the series to the novel Spock's World. Aside from those two species we also have members who play out the Federation Council. The treacherous inner workings of the Romulan Empire. Current Universe Storyline It has been fifteen years since the Romulan x Klingon conflict. Under the current regime, stability has returned to the Star Empire for the past decade. Yet beneath the shadows of Empire, internal forces seeking power are slowly brooding, hoping to erode the political dominance of the vast AAnikh coalition. Further from home the suspicious death of a powerful Senator on the planet of Eternity adds to the concern within the great political bodies. How long will these forces remain in the shadows and when will they act? Meanwhile, a young scion of the AAnikh clan secretly returns to Romulus to further his power abroad. Unbeknownst to him, his arrival has set off a chain of events that will leave the Empire changed forever.

Aylhr Characters NPCs (Non Player Characters) are a core of any simulation/RPG that wants to have a stable amount of depth. The Aylhr has a plethora of NPCs that interact with the crew on a daily basis (NPCs that are part of the crew). We also have NPCs that are geared towards developing situations and plots. I’ve split these NPCs into two groups: Major Characters who make several appearances and Minor Characters who only make short appearances at random intervals. Also, the Aylhr often has guests from other games in UCIP who participate for a short time as a plot-centric character. While they are not NPCs they are also not members of the Aylhr so they are listed under the Guest Category.

Game ResourcesWe have provided a plethora of resources from open archives (we're not scared to keep our email lists open so people can see our quality- if a game keeps theirs private...run!) We also provide a live discord as a means of communication and you can just visit us in the #irw-aylhr room (though during the weekdays we usually don't appear until later in the afternoon pacific time).
